The Story
Habitat was born during the stillness of the pandemic — on a walk through nature, where two friends began dreaming out loud. Surrounded by wild herbs and Mediterranean scents, they imagined a place where botanicals could be given a second life. What started as a conversation became a vision: to revive a once-thriving culture of using local plants for spirits, cosmetics, and sensory experiences that speak of place and purpose.

That vision grew into a state-of-the-art distillery and concept store — not just a production space, but a platform for creativity. From hands-on gin-making and soap workshops to immersive tastings and curious stories from the region, Habitat invites you to create, discover, and take part in something meaningful.
