Refund Policy
1. Complaints and Defects
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered products, you can file a complaint. We aim to resolve complaints promptly. Please send your complaint in writing via email to info@habitatdistillery.com with the order number, your contact details, description of the issue, and photos of the product if relevant. We will acknowledge receipt and respond as soon as possible.
If the complaint is justified, we will replace or refund the product at our expense.
2. Unilateral Contract Termination (Right of Withdrawal)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take possession of the product.
To exercise this right, you must inform us via email or completed withdrawal form within the 14-day period.
3. Return of Goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw:
- You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all parts and documentation.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned products and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount paid via the same payment method used in your purchase, unless you agree otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
5. Exceptions
You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract for certain goods, including (but not limited to):
- Goods made to your specifications
- Perishable goods or goods with short shelf life
- Sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that become inseparably mixed after delivery
