1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store and services provided by Habitat Distillery d.o.o. (hereinafter: Habitat Distillery, we, us, our). By placing an order through our webshop, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the webshop.

3. Ordering and Contract

A Sales Contract between you and Habitat Distillery is concluded once your order is confirmed by us electronically. You are responsible for ensuring that the order information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of receiving the order confirmation by sending a request to our email.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable (18+) to use our webshop and enter into contracts. We may refuse service if this condition is not met.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed include applicable VAT and fees. Payment can be made by accepted card payments (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) or other methods we display at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

We arrange delivery of ordered products to the address you specify. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us promptly if there is obvious damage. Delivery times and costs may vary by location.

7. Use of Webshop

Your use of the webshop is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any data loss, service interruptions, viruses, or unauthorized access to information. We reserve the right to modify webshop content, products, prices, and Terms at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any purchase, service, or use of the webshop shall not exceed the purchase price of the products concerned.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

10. Shipping and Privacy

When placing an order, the customer is required to provide a valid phone number. The customer agrees that their contact information will be shared with the delivery service provider for the purpose of shipment tracking and delivery notifications.

11. Invoicing and Electronic Receipts

By placing an order on our website or through our Point of Sale (POS) system, you agree to receive all invoices and receipts exclusively in electronic form. Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. We do not provide paper invoices with the delivered packages unless specifically required by local law. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is correct and capable of receiving our communications.

13. Security of Online Payments
While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.
CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data.
